Attorney Marc Garfinkle is a former investigator and a trial lawyer with
twenty-five years experience representing individuals and businesses
in litigation, and defending persons accused of crime. He has interviewed
and taken testimony from thousands of witnesses. He has learned what makes certain
people more credible than others, and he has produced a series of seminars designed
to optimize the effectiveness of people who testify under oath. The programs are
entertaining and instructive, and are tailored to each individual audience. An award-
winning speaker and a frequent lecturer on legal topics, Mr. Garfinkle is member of
Phi Beta Kappa, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and The Association of
Criminal Defense Lawyers (NJ). He presently sits on the District Ethics Committee of
